We do not offer returns for incorrect size/color selections, so please ensure that you check the sizing chart as well as your order details before placing your order. In the event of defective or damaged merchandise, we can offer full refunds or exchanges (when applicable) when the error is brought to our attention within 14 days of receiving your order.
Only you can cancel your order. If it has been less than 24 hours since you placed your order it may be cancelled. Orders older than 24 hours may not be cancelled. To cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order, please reference your order confirmation email and click on the change/cancel order button. If you cannot locate your order confirmation email, you can determine if your order is eligible to be cancelled by using our order lookup tool here.
